Yes, not everyone bought the game after that, but I am sure there are also some people who missed the beta and bought the game afterwards, I've already seen a bunch of people on this sub and twitch who did and like I said my friend also did that. The beta was literally the most successful beta in gaming history with nearly 10 million players. You may be right about the userbase shrinking, but I am guessing it is more than 3 million players.
